COMMENTS ON THE RESULTS JANUARY–DECEMBER 2023· Rental income amounted to SEK 48 million (53). The decrease from the previous year is primarily attributable to the sale of Klippudden Fastigheter to a jointly owned joint venture company, which took place on February 14, 2022.
