Klippudden Fastigheter is a joint venture between Holmström Fastigheter and Slättö. The company's real estate portfolio is centrally located in Kalmar, Borgholm, Linköping and Norrköping. All properties are managed by the Holmström Group. Klippudden Fastigheter is equally owned by Holmström Fastigheter (50%) and Slättö (50%).

Ankarhagen invests primarily in commercial properties in the Mälardalen region and Central Sweden, with a focus on warehouses, light industry and urban business premises. The focus is on sustainability issues and targeted property development as a natural complement to further property acquisitions. Holmström Fastigheter Holding's ownership share amounts to 20 percent.
