Holmström Fastigheter publishes bond prospectus and applies for admission to trading of its bonds on bond list at Nasdaq Stockholm

On September 3, 2021, Holmström Fastigheter Holding AB (publ) (“Holmström Fastigheter”) issued senior unsecured bonds of SEK 200m under a framework of a total of SEK 750m (the “Bonds”). Following the issue, bonds of a total of SEK 500m have been issued under the framework. Holmström Fastigheter shall, in accordance with the bond terms, apply for admission to trading of the Bonds on a bond list at Nasdaq Stockholm. Due to admission to trading, Holmström Fastigheter has prepared a prospectus that has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
