Holmström Fastigheter investigates the possibility to issue subsequent bonds
Holmström Fastigheter Holding AB (publ) (”Holmström Fastigheter”) has mandated Nordea and Pareto as ’joint bookrunners’ to investigate the possibility of issuing subsequent senior unsecured bonds (the “New Bonds”), under its existing bond framework of SEK 750,000,000 with ISIN: SE0015797667. Holmström Fastigheter has, as previously published, on 14 April 2021, issued SEK 300,000,000 under the bond framework. A market transaction may follow, subject to market conditions.
The net proceeds from the New Bonds will be used for general corporate purposes including acquisition of properties.
