Holmström Fastigheter Holding’s subsidiary F Holmström Holding 6 AB completes the public offer to the shareholders of Magnolia Bostad

F Holmström Holding 6 AB, reg.no. 559279-7376 (“FHH”), a company which together with inter alia Holmström Fastigheter Holding AB (publ), reg.no. 559286-6809 (“Holmström Holding”) is included in Holmströmgruppen, announced on 7 July 2021 a recommended cash offer to the shareholders of Magnolia Bostad AB, reg.no. 556797-7078 (“Magnolia Bostad” or “the Company”) to tender all of their shares in Magnolia Bostad to FHH (the “Offer”).

FHH has announced today that the Offer has been accepted to such an extent that FHH holds more than 90 per cent of the shares in Magnolia Bostad and has further declared the Offer unconditional in all respects and that the acquisition of the shares submitted in the Offer will be completed.
