Bonds issued by Holmström Fastigheter are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm
Nasdaq Stockholm has approved Holmström Fastigheter's application to admit its bonds to trading with the first trading day scheduled to December 15, 2021.
On November 1, 2021, Holmström Fastigheter Holding AB (publ) ("Holmström Fastigheter") published a prospectus regarding a bond loan of SEK 500 million within a framework of SEK 750 million. The loan is unsecured and the term ends during 2024. In the press release it was also reported that Holmström Fastigheter intended to apply for listing of the bond loan on Nasdaq Stockholm.
Nasdaq Stockholm has approved Holmström Fastigheter's application to admit the bonds to trading and the first trading day is scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, December 15, 2021. As of today, bonds worth SEK 500 million have been issued within the framework of the bond loan.
