Correction concerning the calculation of key figures

Holmström Fastigheter Holding (publ) ("Holmström Fastigheter") has in previous reports incorrectly used an average of all properties' yields when calculating property yields for sub-portfolios and for the total. In the forthcoming report, the ratio, including comparative figures, will be calculated as a weighted average. The table below shows how the ratio has changed with the new calculation.

This correction does not affect any other key figures and has no impact on the value of the properties or the other accounts.
