Holmström Fastigheter Holding’s subsidiary F Holmström Holding 6 AB completes the public offer to the sharesholders of Magnolia Bostad

F Holmström Holding 6 AB, reg.no. 559279-7376 (“FHH”), a company which together with inter alia Holmström Fastigheter Holding AB (publ), reg.no. 559286-6809 (“Holmström Holding”) is included in Holmströmgruppen, announced on 7 July 2021 a recommended cash offer to the shareholders of Magnolia Bostad AB, reg.no. 556797-7078 (“Magnolia Bostad” or “the Company”) to tender all of their shares in Magnolia Bostad to FHH (the “Offer”).

FHH has today announced the outcome after the extended acceptance period and that the Offer is completed. Furthermore, FHH has announced an offer to acquire warrants in Magnolia Bostad.
