Report from the Annual General Meeting of Holmström Fastigheter

Holmström Fastigheter held its Annual General Meeting on Friday April 29, 2022, where the Meeting decided on a dividend in accordance with the Board's proposal.

For the financial year 2021, the Annual General Meeting of Holmström Fastigheter Holding AB (publ) ("Holmström Fastigheter" or the "Company") decided on a dividend of a total of SEK 700 million to the Company´s shareholders.
