Communiqué from the Annual General Meeting of Holmström Fastigheter
Holmström Fastigheter held its Annual General Meeting on Friday 29 April 2022, where the meeting decided on a dividend according to the Board's proposal.
For the financial year 2021, the Annual General Meeting of Holmström Fastigheter Holding AB (publ) ("Holmström Fastigheter" or the "Company") decided on a dividend of SEK 700 million in total to the Company's shareholders.
