Holmström Fastigheter Holdings subsidiary F Holmström Holding 6 AB has today made a public takeover offer to the shareholders of Magnolia Bostad

F Holmström Holding 6 AB, org.nr. 559279-7376 ("FHH"), a company that together with Holmström Fastigheter Holding AB (publ) org.nr. 559286-6809 ("Holmström Holding") is part of the Holmström Group, has today announced a recommended cash offer to the shareholders of Magnolia Bostad AB org.nr. 556797-7078 ("Magnolia Bostad" or " TheCompany") to transfer all of its shares in Magnolia Bostad to FHH. If the Offer is completed, FHH will be controlled by the Holmström Group and funds or entities managed and advised by Areim AB org.nr. 556719-4203("Areim").

The consideration in the offer amounts to SEK 76 in cash per share in Magnolia Bostad and is financed in full through funds available to FHH in accordance with binding financing commitments from Areim.
