Holmström Fastigheter Holdings subsidiary F Holmström Holding 6 AB completes the offer to the shareholders of Magnolia Bostad

F Holmström Holding 6 AB, reg. no. 559279-7376 ("FHH"), a company that together with, inter alia, Holmström Fastigheter Holding AB (publ), reg. 559286-6809 ("Holmström Holding") is part of the Holmström Group, announced on July 7 a recommended cash offer to the shareholders of Magnolia Bostad AB, reg. no. 556797-7078 ("Magnolia Bostad" or the "Company") to transfer all their shares in Magnolia Bostad to FHH (the "Offer").

FHH has today announced the outcome after the extended acceptance period and that the Offer has been completed. Furthermore, FHH has presented an offer to acquire warrants in Magnolia Bostad.
