Holmström Fastigheter Holdings subsidiary F Holmström Holding 6 AB completes the offer to the shareholders of Magnolia Bostad

F Holmström Holding 6 AB, org.nr. 559279-7376 ("FHH"), a company that, together with Holmström Fastigheter Holding AB (publ), org.nr. 559286-6809 ("Holmström Holding") is part of the Holmström Group, on 7 July announced a recommended cash offer to the shareholders of Magnolia Bostad AB, org.nr. 556797-7078 ("Magnolia Bostad" or "Company") to transfer all of its shares in Magnolia Bostad to FHH (the"Offer").

FHH has today announced that the Offer has been accepted to such an extent that FHH holds more than 90 percent of the shares in Magnolia Bostad and has further declared the Offer unconditional in all respects and that the acquisition of the shares submitted in the Offer will be completed.
