Holmström Fastigheter acquires holdings in Ankarhagen from Holmströmgruppen

Holmström Fastigheter Holding AB (publ) ("Holmström Fastigheter") acquires F. Holmström Fastigheter AB's ("Holmström Group") 20% shareholding in Ankarhagen Holding AB ("Ankarhagen"). The purchase price for the shares and shareholder loan to Ankarhagen amounts to approximately SEK 121 million.

Ankarhagen is a real estate company that acquires, manages and develops properties mainly focused on warehouses and light industry. The company also carries out project development of previously unused land where it builds new premises for existing and new customers.
