Holmström Fastigheter acquires residential properties in central Kalmar for approximately SEK 300 million
Holmström Fastigheter Holding AB (publ) ("Holmström Fastigheter") has signed an agreement to acquire approximately 10,400 sqm of BOA, which constitutes three existing residential properties and two additional point houses that will be acquired after completion in 2023. The transaction is made through the subsidiary Klippudden Fastigheter AB. The transaction is conditional on financing.

We have a good relationship with Kalmar's real estate market and hope for more similar acquisitions.
