Holmström Fastigheter AB (publ) (the "Company") announces that the Company has received an unconditional shareholder contribution of SEK 350 million.

The company's parent company F. Holmström Fastigheter AB has through an unconditional shareholder contribution converted shareholder loans to equity of SEK 350 million.
