Correction concerning the calculation of key figures
Holmström Fastigheter Holding (publ) ("Holmström Fastigheter") has in previous reports when calculating property yields for sub-portfolios and for the total incorrectly used an average of all properties' yields. As of the next report, the key figure, including comparative figures, is calculated as a weighted average. The table below shows how the key figure has changed with the new calculation.
