Holmström Fastigheter Holding AB (publ) ("Holmström Fastigheter") has signed an agreement to acquire 10,400 sqm of lettable area, which constitutes three existing residential properties and two more assets that will be acquired after completion in 2023. The transaction is conditional on financing.

We have a good relationship with Kalmar's real estate market and are hoping for more similar transactions. At the same time, we are continuing our focus on expansion in Linköping, Norrköping and Lake Mälaren region." says Gustav Carp, Head of Business Development, Holmström Real Estate.
