Holmström Fastigheter Holding AB (publ) ("Holmström Fastigheter"), Slättö Core Plus AB ("Slättö") and Latona Fastigheter AB ("Latona") are establishing a JV company with respect to the ownership of Klippudden Fastigheter AB ("Klippudden").
After the transaction, the JV will be owned (directly or indirectly) 50% by Slättö, 47.5% by Holmström Fastigheter and 2.5% by Latona.
Klippudden's property portfolio has a total value (including properties not yet acquired) of approximately SEK 1.7 billion, which is more than SEK 100 million above the last reported book value.
The parties' ambition with the cooperation is for Klippudden's property portfolio to grow to a property value of SEK 10 billion within a five-year period. Slättö will provide the majority of the capital for the acquisition of Klippudden and its expansion.
Holmströmgruppen will remain as manager of Klippudden. Gustav Carp, owner of Latona, will take over as CEO of Klippudden, which also means that he will leave his position as transaction manager at Holmströmgruppen.

Holmström Fastigheter Holding AB (publ) (”Holmström Fastigheter”), Slättö Core Plus AB (”Slättö”) och Latona Fastigheter AB (”Latona”) etablerar ett JV-bolag avseende ägandet i Klippudden Fastigheter AB (”Klippudden”).
Samarbetet etableras under februari 2022. Efter transaktionen kommer JV-bolaget att ägas (direkt eller indirekt) till 50 % av Slättö, 47,5 % av Holmström Fastigheter och 2,5 % av Latona.
Klippuddens fastighetsbestånd uppgår till ett sammanlagt värde (inklusive ännu ej tillträdda fastigheter) om ca 1,7 miljarder kronor, vilket är drygt 100 miljoner kronor över det senast redovisade bokförda värdet.
Parternas ambition med samarbetet är att Klippuddens fastighetsportfölj ska växa till ett fastighetsvärde om 10 miljarder kronor inom en femårsperiod. Slättö kommer tillföra merparten av kapitalet till förvärvet av Klippudden och dess expansion.
Holmströmgruppen kommer kvarstå som förvaltare av Klippudden. Gustav Carp, ägare av Latona, kommer att tillträda som VD för Klippudden vilket även innebär att han avslutar sin tjänst som transaktionschef på Holmströmgruppen.
