Holmström Fastigheter Holding AB (publ) ("Holmström Fastigheter") has commissioned Nordea and Pareto, as joint bookrunners, to investigate the possibility of issuing additional senior unsecured bonds (the "New Notes"), under their existing framework of SEK 750,000,000 with ISIN: SE0015797667. As previously announced, Holmström Fastigheter has on April 14, 2021 issued SEK 300,000,000 under the framework. A market transaction may follow, subject to prevailing market conditions. The proceeds from the New Notes will be used for general corporate purposes including the acquisition of real estate.
