On September 3, 2021, Holmström Fastigheter Holding AB (publ) (“Holmström Fastigheter”) issued senior unsecured bonds of SEK 200m under a framework of a total of SEK 750m (the “Bonds”). Following the issue, bonds of a total of SEK 500m have been issued under the framework. Holmström Fastigheter shall, in accordance with the bond terms, apply for admission to trading of the Bonds on a bond list at Nasdaq Stockholm.
